| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To drive two laser rays separately through APC and to prevent them from interfering thermally and electrically with each other by a method wherein a heat sink is composed of a element mounting section and an insulator, a pair of laser element and a photodetector is so arranged as not to be positioned at the same plane with another pair. CONSTITUTION:A heat sink 2 is composed of two or more element mounting sections 3 provided with an element mounting face respectively and an insulator 4 which electrically serves for dielectric isolation of the element mounting sections 3 from each other, and a pair of a semiconductor laser element 1 and a photodetector 5 is so arranged on the element mounting face of the element mounting section 3 as not to be positioned at the same plane with another pair. By this setup, the laser elements 1 are prevented from interfering thermally and electrically with each other, the laser rays of the elements 1 can be separate ly and accurately monitored, and moreover as a photodetector is provided to each laser element, pairs of laser elements and photodetectors can be separate ly driven through APC(automatic power control). |
