| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To enable a semiconductor laser device to be built in various kinds of optical systems without sharply changing a manufacturing process by a method wherein a semiconductor laser fixed to a part of a block whose main component is larger than copper in thermal conductivity so as to extract its optical output outward and a heat sink to which a plate-like base is fixed by press-fitting its peripheral edge and whose main component is larger than iron in thermal conductivity are provided. CONSTITUTION:A block 9 whose main component is copper is fixed to a plate like base 1 with silver solder. A semiconductor laser 11 is fixed to the side of the block 9 vertical to the base 1 through the intermediary of indium fusion welding material. A heat sink 15 whose main component is aluminum is larger than iron in thermal conductivity. The plate-like base 1 is fixed to the heat 15 sink by a press-fitting method. |
