英文摘要PURPOSE:To eliminate the difficulties of errosion being promoted, of air tightness failure being produced, and of pressure resistance failure being produced, and form a conduction pattern on a stem by constructing the stem with an insulating material and brazing a pin lead to the stem. CONSTITUTION:A stem 1 is constructed with an insulating material such as ceramic, and a pin lead 7 is brazed to the stem. Since the stem 1 is constructed with the insulating material such as ceramic, there is no need of applying surface processing to the stem Further, since the pin lead 7 is mounted on the stem 1 by the brazing, it has satisfactory air tightness. Moreover, since the stem 1 is formed with ceramic, an insulator, resistance to voltage is improved. Additionally, since there is eliminated the need of the surface processing excepting a heat sink, a conductor pattern can be formed at portions other than the heat sink 2. Hereby, humidity resistance, voltage resistance, and resistance errosion can be improved, and further a laminated wiring, etc., can be formed on the stem.
