| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain optical output characteristics stable for variations in external temperature and to regulate a slight coupling deviation by mounting a semiconductor laser element, an optical isolator and a lens on the same board of a thermoelectric cooler. CONSTITUTION:A first lens 26 and an isolator 27 are inserted into a pipe, and secured into pipes by using a solder brazing material, etc. A semiconductor laser 25 is oscillated in this state, and the lens 26 is so aligned as to emit a light passed through the lens 26 and the isolator 27 to the axial center. A chip carrier 22 in which the laser 25, the lens 26 and the isolator 27 are mounted is bonded fixedly on a thermoelectric element 2 Thus, when an oscillation light from the laser 25 is condensed by the lens 26 to be passed through the isolator 27, further condensed through a second lens 28 and coupled to an optical fiber 29, even if the passed light is reduced in coupling efficiency by the optical axis deviation, a first lens guide 1 is regulated to improve the coupling efficiency. |
