| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor laser device excellent in easy passing to a through hole of lead wire, and excellent built-in workability, by incorporating a guide pin to locate and support a printed circuit board in a supporting material for a semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:Two screw holes 2b are made on a base 2, and two spacer portions 2c are incorporated in the base. On the tip of the spacer portion, a guide pin 2d is mounted with projection. On the other hand, a printed circuit board 6 on which many parts are charged of both surface side and back side is installed with through holes 6a for lead ICs of a semiconductor laser 1, and with two guide holes 6c. By coupling the guide hole 6c with a guide pin 2d, it is made possible that the lead wire Ic of the semiconductor laser 1 passes through the through-hole 6a. In this condition, the guide pin 2d is melted by heat or ultra sonic waves, and it is made possible to fix the printed circuit board 6 on a base 2 in incorporated condition by pressing and immersing the tip of spacer portion in the condition shown with a virtual line. |
