| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To effectively check front and rear surfaces, and to eliminate deciding error of the front and rear surfaces by providing an identification mark for deciding the front or rear on a submount. CONSTITUTION:A laser diode(LD) chip 1 is so mounted that the end face 1a and the end face 3a of an Si submount 3 become the same plane and as to be disposed at the center of the end of the submount 3, an inclined surface 7 is formed at a predetermined inclining angle at the lower corner of a side face 6 perpendicular to the end face 3a, and the submount 3 is so mounted on a heat dissipating stem block 8 as to be disposed at the side of the block 8. Thus, in an aligning work of the submount 3 before mounting the submount 3, identification of a front or rear surface can be easily visually performed to improve an operating efficiency. |
