| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor laser device capable of emitting laser beams with a stable super high output by a simple device configuration. CONSTITUTION:A laser diode 2 is mounted to a step 4 of a heat sink 1 having steps. Since laser beams are emitted by combining a plurality of laser diode arrays without directly laminating respective laser diode arrays 2, an output derived from these respective laser diode arrays 2 is integrated in the direction of a thickness of this laser diode array 2, whereby the laser beams of a super high output can stably be obtained as a whole. |
