CONSTITUTION:In the semiconductor laser module wherein a semiconductor laser element 1 and an optical fiber 16 are coupled through a lens 5, an electron cooling element 8 is sandwiched between the reverse surface of an insulating plate 9 and the top surface of an insulating plate 10, the reverse surface of the insulating plate 10 is fixed to the bottom surface of a package main body 11, and a header 3 which holds the semiconductor laser 1 and a lens holder 6 which holds the lens 5 are fixed to a pattern 21 formed on the top surface of the insulating plate 9. |
