CONSTITUTION:In order to fix an electron cooling element 7 on a heat sink 10, a recess-shaped step part 22 is installed on the upper surface of the heat sink 10, on which the element 7 is fixed, and the element 7 is fixed on the upper surface of this step part 22 with solder. Solder is newly fed in a space part formed between the fixed element 7 and the sink 10 and a member 15 is fixed in this space part. |
