| 英文摘要 | In a laser diode module of the invention, a coupling optical system is inclined in an xz plane with respect to an optical axis (z axis) of outgoing light of a laser diode. More specifically, a coupling angle thetalens of a laser diode and a lens is adjusted and fixed with a precision of 0.1° while monitoring a light output. By the operation, the coupling angle thetalens is adjusted to an angle at which a light output which can be emitted without causing a kink becomes the maximum. As a result, even when the wavelength of the outgoing light is fixed by using a fiber grating, light can be emitted without causing a kink. Thus, a laser diode module capable of sufficiently increasing the maximum value of a light output can be obtained. |
