Besides, the structure ensures that the inside of package is kept at hermetically sealed condition. The structure suppresses temperature rise in semiconductor laser element and package, enhancing the reliability and quality of the semiconductor laser device. At the same time, a high-power semiconductor laser element can be employed. |
