英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To eliminate the exhaustion of a solute element or the composition gradient of a growing layer, by using a compound solid containing an element for growth as a megative electrode, by immersing the same in a compound solution having the same quality as the solid, and by using a substrate as a positive electrode, on the occasion of a liquid-phase epitaxial growth. CONSTITUTION:A lower boat 2 is connected to a positive electrode, while a negative electrode is connected to a compound solid 10 immersed in a solution 3. Then a solute is supplied from the compound solid 10 to the solution 3 according to the quantity of the solute educed into a substrate 1, and thus a composition gradient rarely takes place, to say nothing of the exhaustion of the solute. |
