| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain the stable light output from a simple circuit constitution, by forming laser diodes and a driving circuit on a common substrate as a hybrid integrated circuit, and providing a temperature adusting element. CONSTITUTION:A Peltier element 4, which is held on ceramic plates 4A and 4B related to a holding plate, is fixed on a base 8. On said ceramic plate 4B, LD1, PD2, a temperature detecting thermistor 3, and the LD driving circuit 5 are provided as the hybrid integrated circuit. Then, said component parts are coated by a cover 9 having a glass window 9A. N2 gas is sealed, and the laser light source 10 is constituted. |
