英文摘要PURPOSE:To form the small-sized, high-density laser diode module by collimating projection light beams together by an optical waveguide for interval conversion and then transmitting them through one optical isolator. CONSTITUTION:The interval converting waveguide 3 is provided between the laser diode array 1 of the laser diode module and a collimator lens 6 and the laser beams projected from individual waveguide optical paths of laser diodes are converged on the center part while narrowed down in beam interval. Then, the converged laser beams are passed nearby the optical path of the collimator lens 6 and the projection light of the laser array 1 consisting of the laser diodes is processed by one collimator lens 6 and one optical isolator 7. Consequently, the small-sized, high-density laser diode module is formed.
