| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor laser provided with a plurality of laser device sections and capable of allowing the phases of the laser output lights from those laser device sections to coincide with each other by providing a plurality of laser device sections and the same number of phase regulators for changing the phases of the laser lights from the respective laser device sections. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a plurality of laser device sections 31a-31c and a plurality of phase regulators 41a-41c which are same in number as those laser device sections and for changing the phases of the laser lights from the respective laser device sections. For instance, on the upper side of an M-type InP substrate 21 as the ground, there are provided a laser array part 31 having a plurality of striped laser device sections 31a-31c placed in parallel with each other and a plurality of phase regulators 41a-41c which are provided in a location spaced apart from the laser array part 31 and opposed to the respective laser device sections 31a-31c respectively. Further, on the ground 21, there is provided a optical wave-guiding path 51 having one ends respectively connected to the end portions of the respective phase regulators 41a-41c opposite the laser array 31 side and the other ends connected with each other into an output end 51a. |
