| 英文摘要 | (+)- and (-)-applanatumol Z5 (1), a pair of novel tetranorsesquiterpenoids harboring a unique 6/5/5 ring system were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma applanatum. Their structures including the absolute configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic and ECD computational methods. A plausible biosynthetic pathway for 1 was proposed as well. Finally, (+)-1 and (-)-1 were evaluated for their inhibitory activity against acetylcholinesterase (AChE). |
