英文摘要Tm:Lu3Al5O12 ceramics are synthesized by solid-state reactive sintering, and their structure and spectroscopic properties are studied. A Tm:Lu3Al5O12 ceramic laser diode-pumped at 793 nm generates 3.12 W at similar to 2.02 mu m with a slope efficiency of 60.2%. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
