| 英文摘要 | Aim To investigate the effect of Hirsutella sinensis extract(HSW) on kidney injury.Methods The inversion effect of HSW on the renal tubular epithelial cell(HK_2) injury caused by aristolochic acid(AA) was observed, its influence on functional parameters of renal failure was evaluated and the effect of HSW on acute renal failure(ARF) of rats induced by gentamicin was validated.Results HSW deteriorated HK_2 cell damage caused by AA, inhibited the upregulation of the expression of TGFbeta_1 and PAI-1 mRNA, and protected rats from ARF caused by gentamicin.Conclusion HSW had a remarkable action in vitro and in vivo on model of kidney injury. |
