Simultaneous determination of gallic acid, albiflorin and paeoniflorin in Guizhi Fuling capsules by RPHPLC

| 英文摘要 | Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid,albifiorin,paeoniflorin in Guizhi Fuling capsules( traditional Chinese medicines).Methods The separation was carried out on a Kromasil C_(18) (4.6 mm* 200 ram,5 mum)column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.1% ( V:V)phosphoric acid solution under gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min~(-1) and the column temperature was 40 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.69- 6.87 mg· L~(-1) ( r = 0.999 6),0.88- 8.80 mg·L~(-1) ( r = 0.999 6 ) and 2.00 - 20.00 mg·L(-1) (r = 0.999 5 )for gallic acid,albiflorin and paeoniflorin,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.7% (RSD = 1.0%,n =9),101.5% (RSD = 1.5%,n =9) and 100.0% (RSD =0.7%,n =9) for gallic acid,albifiorin and paeoniflorin,respectively.Conclusions This method is convenient,accurate and reproducible for the determination of gallic acid,albiflorin and paeoniflorin in Guizhi Fuling capsules. |
