| 英文摘要 | The susceptibilities of mycoplasma and bacteria to the derivative(YH37)of sparfloxacin was determined by microdilution method in vitro.Results showed that the minimum inhibition concentration(MICgo)of YH37 against Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)(0.25mg/L),and Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)(1.0rag/L),were 1/8 those of sparfloxacin against Mh,and 1/4 those of sparfloxacin against Uu.YH37 was still highly susceptibility to quinolone-resistant strains of Mh and Uu.Its MICs were 1/4～1/16 of that of ciprofloxacin,respectively.MICs of YH37 for bacteria were 1/8～1/16 of that of levofloxacin and 1/2 of that of sparfloxacin. |
