| 英文摘要 | Objective:To synthesize olsalazine [3,3!-azobis(6-hydroxybenzonic acid) disodium] using ultrasound.Methods: Olsalazine was synthesized from salicylic acid using a new method of ultrasound.Results and conclusion: Using this new method,the yield of olsalazine was 31.2% and the reaction time was 4.5 h.In comparison with reported methods,the new method can yield more,needs shorter time,and is easier to control,which is feasible to prepare olsalazine. |
