| 英文摘要 | Five ecdysteroids were isolated from the EtOH extract of the stems of Diploclisia glaucescens. Their structures were identified as paristerone 20, 22-monoacetonide ( 1), paristerone (2), beta-ecdysterone (3 ), makisterone C(4)and capitasterone(5) respectively,on the basis of chemical and physical evidence. This is the first report of paristerone 20,22-monoacetonide isolated from natural source. Compounds 2,4,and 5 were also isolated for the first time from D. glaucescens. |
