英文摘要 | Nine new 7 alpha,20-epoxy-ent-kaurane diterpenoids, parvifolines O - W (1-9), together with five known analogues, lasiocarpanin (10), rosthorin A (11), longikaurin E (12), adenolin D (13) and longikaurin B (14), were isolated from the leaves of Isodon parvifolius. Their structures were determined by means of spectroscopic analysis. Selected diterpenoids (1-10) were tested for their antiproliferative activity against A549, HT-29 and K562 cells. Compounds 3, 7, 8 and 10 showed moderate inhibitory activity against all three cell lines. |
