| 英文摘要 | Studies on the fruits of Rhododendron molle led to isolation of two new diterpenoids rhodomolleins XIX (1) and XX (2) together with a known diterpenoid rhodojaponin III (3). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. The effect of 3 on sodium channel of isolated guinea-pig ventricular myocytes, was also studied. In the whole cell patch-clamp mode, 3 decreased sodium current remarkably (p < 0.05), which suggested that 3 was an effective sodium channel antagonist. |
