英文摘要 | In order to explore new method for synthesis of nabumetone, a synthetic method was investigated by the treatment of 2-methoxy naphthalene under ultrasonic irradiation. The time of the new synthesis method would be shortened from 13.5 h to 7.5 h and yield would be increased from 23.9% to 39.4%. The structure of the synthetic compound was identified by IR, MS and (1)H NMR techniques. |
