| 英文摘要 | 3-Aryl-2H-chromene-4-carbonitriles were synthesized through one-pot tandem reaction of easily available 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)acetonitrile (1) and 2-bromo-1-arylethanones (2) under the condition of K(2)CO(3)/dioxane. These functionalized chromenes could be useful building-blocks for estrogen receptor ligands and other related heterocycles. |
