| 英文摘要 | Five new phenylpropanoids, named balajaponins A-E (1-5), were isolated from Balanophora japonica, along with 24 known compounds. Among them, three hydrolysable tannins (6-8) showed specific in vitro alpha-glucosidase inhibition, with IC(50) values in the range of 1-4 mu M. Kinetic analysis revealed that they all acted in a noncompetitive mode. |
