| 英文摘要 | In a methanol solution, 3beta-hydmxypregn-5-en-20-one （1） ,catalyzed by lewis acid, could be oxidized directly to 3beta, 21-dihydroxypregn-5-en-20-one-21-methylether under the effect of （diaceoxyiodo）benzene [PhI（OAc）_2] in high yield and good selectivity. Then the influences of different Lewis acids and different solvents on the yield of reaction product were investigated, and influences of the Lewis acid equivalent on the reaction time were discussed. |
