| 英文摘要 | Protein tyrosine phosphatase 1 B （PTP1B） is a typical member of non-receptor PTP family. PTP1B plays an important role in the negative regulation of insulin signaling pathway. It has been proved to be a novel target for diabetes and obesity. Inhibition of PTP1B＇s activity could improve the sensitivity of insulin signaling. The discovery of highly effective inhibitors of PTP1B has a promising application in diabetes and obesity therapy. |
