英文摘要 | Abnormally high concentration of Ca2+ and oxide stress can stimulate the opening of the mitochondria permeability transition pore (MPTP) and cause the change of mitochondria shape and function. The factors released by mitochondria, such as cytochrome c and AIF (apoptosis-inducing factor) involve in the signaling pathway of caspases and induce cell apoptosis. This article describes the recent progress in the studies of the main components and two different models of the MPTP, the mechanism of the inhibition of CSA and Sf A to MPTP and the influence of ischemia /reperfusion and ischaemic preconditioning to the opening of MPTP. |
