英文摘要 | To evaluate the susceptibilities of Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma to derivatives (YH16 and YH17) of sparfloxacin by microdilution method in vitro in comparison with sparfloxacin. Results show that the minimum inhibition, concentration (MIC_(90)) of YH16 and YH17 against Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) (1.0 and 0.5 mg/L), and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) (0.25 and 0.125mg/L), were 1/8~1/16 those of sparfloxacin against Mh, and 1/4~1/8 those of sparfloxacin against Uu. However, there were cross resistance YH16 and YH17 for Uu and Mh strains resistant to other quinolones. |
