| 英文摘要 | 过氧化物酶体增殖剂活化受体gamma（PPARgamma）是一个由配体激活的核转录因子，属于核激素受体（nuclear hormone receptor)超家族。被激动剂激活以后，该受体可以促进葡萄糖的利用以及胰岛素的增敏。因此，PPARgamma激动剂有希望成为一类全新的Ⅱ型糖尿病治疗药物。本文对现有的PPARgamma天然和合成的激动剂进行一个综述。Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorgamma( PPPARgamma is a very important ligand-activated nuclear transcription factor, belonging to nuclear hormone receptor superfamily. Activated by agonists, the receptor plays a crucial role in glucose utilization and insulin sensitization. PPARgamma agonists are therefore expected to be novel drugs for the treatment of type II diabetes. In this article, the development of natural and synthetic PPARgamma agonists is reviewed. |
