英文摘要The treatment of cancer patients is a world-wide problem. Antitumor drugs, as one of the most important treatments for cancer patients, see a rapid growth in recent years with various institutions working in different indications and targets each year. Based on literature research and database retrieval, the global antitumor drug number, the development stages, the indications and the mechanisms, as well as research institutions and sales, are reviewed in this paper, focusing on the general trend and direction of the antitumor drug development.
