英文摘要AIM To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Solanum torvum. METHODS The isolation and purification of S. torvum 95% ethanol extract were performed on silica,ODS,semi-preparative and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. The structures of obtained compounds were then identified by physical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as coniferyl aldehyde ( 1),mustard aldehyde ( 2),ferulic acid ( 3),p-hydroxy benzoic acid ( 4),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid ( 5),eugenol ( 6),protocatechualdehyde ( 7),2,4,6-trimethoxy phenol ( 8),3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( 9),1- ( 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl) propan-1-one ( 10),( + ) -medioresinol ( 11),5- hydroxymethyl furfural ( 12),indazole ( 13),azelaic acid ( 14). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-2,12-13 are firstly isolated from genus Solanum,compounds 1-2,4,6,8-14 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
