| 英文摘要 | Sialic acids are a family of acidic 9 carbon sugars, and are often found alpha-ketosidically linked to other sugars at the termini of glycoconjugated chains in biological systems which are involved in a wide range of biological processes. Chemical synthesis of alpha-sialoside is one of the most difficult subjects in the field of carbohydrate chemistry. Recently, a wide spectrum of methodologies for the effcient synthesis of sialosides has been devised, which can be classified into direct O-sialylation methods and indirect O-sialylation methods based on the mode of chemical modification of sialic acid donors. This review surveys recent progress in chemical alpha-sialylation. |
