英文摘要The total synthesis of lithospermic acid has been accomplished employing two C-H activation reactions as key steps. Fe-catalyzed Cross-Dehydrogenative-Coupling reaction was used for the rapid construction of benzofuran framework. Pd-catalyzed ester-directed C-H olefination allowed the efficient assembly of the dihydrobenzofuran ester and acrylate moieties. (C) 2018 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
