Chemical Constituents and Bioactivities of Two Sponges from South China Sea

英文摘要The chemical constituents of two sponges were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. Their structures were determined on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data. Five compounds were isolated from Petrosia sp., and their structures were elucidated as 3-isocyanotheonellin (1), theonellin isothiocyanate (2), theonellin amine (3), theonellin formamide (4),and diisobutyl phthalate (5). Nine compounds were isolated from Haliclona sp., and their structures were identified as renierol (6), isoquinolinequinones mimosamycin (7), cholesterol (8), ergosterol (9), (24R)-ergosta-7, 22-diene-3beta, 5beta, 6beta-triol (10), 5alpha, 8alpha-epidioxycholest-6-en-3beta-ol (11), thymidine (12), cytidine (13), and squalene (14). Among them, compound 6 was found to effectively inhibit xanthine oxidase, and compounds 1-7, 9-10, 14 were isolated from the two species for the first time.
