英文摘要Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the soft coral Sarcophyton trocheliophrum. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified using column chromatography. Their structures were determined through the analysis of spectroscopic data.Results Five known cembrane diterpenes were identified as 7R~*,8R~*-epoxy-isoneocembrane A-16-oic methyl ester(1),4-epithunbergol(2),(-)-sarcophytoxide(3),ent-sarcophine(4),and 2-hydroperoxysarcophine(5),respectively. Conclusion Compounds 1,2,and 5 were obtained from this genus for the first time.Compound 2 exhibited weak cytotoxicity against A-549human lung carcinoma and HL-60human promyelocytic leukemia cell lines,while compound 4 showed weak inhibitory activity against acetylcholinesterase.
