英文摘要Objective To analyze chemical components of Spongodes sp.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques.Their structures were determined on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data.Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as(3E,7E,11Z)- dolabella-3,7,12-triene(1),Cembrene A (2),(1R,2E,4R,7E, 11E)- cembra-2,7,11-triene-4-ol(3),(1R,3S,4S,7E,11E)- 3,4-epoxycembra-7,11,15-triene(4), epoxynephthenol acetate(5),pregnan-1,20-dien-3-one(6),pregnan-1,4,20-trien-3-one(7), pregnan-4,20-dien-3-one(8),cholest-4-en-3-one(9),methyl 3-oxochola-4,22-dien-24-oate(10). Conclusions Compound 1 was found to be a new natural product.Moreover,this was the first time that compounds 1,2,9,10 were isolated from this genus of soft coral.
