英文摘要Objective: To study the contents of Huperzine A and Huperzine B from Huperzia serrata collected at different collecting times by HPLC to decide the optimal harvest time. Method: Ultrasonic extraction method for sample preparation was performed, the determination of Huperzine A in Huperzia serrata by HPLC. Results: The linear range of Huperzine A was 0.050mug-1.000mug, and Huperzine B was 0.031mug-0.620mug, the average recovery were 100.1%(RSD:0.72%, n=6)and 99.5% (RSD:1.1%,n=6), collected at different collecting times the contents of Huperzine A and Huperzine B in Huperzia serrata were evidently different, the hightest in August, the contents of Huperzine A was 0.0236% and Huperzine B was 0.0124%. Conclusions: The best collecting time of the plant is August as provided the reference from this study.
