英文摘要Objective To study the chemical constituents in Blumea aromatica of Zhuang medicine.Methods The column chromatography was used to isolate and purify the compounds and their structures were identified by MS and NMR analyses.Results Twelve compounds were identified as madeirin(1-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-methoxyanthraquinone,1),3,7,3′,4′-Otetramethylquercetin(2),7,3′,4′-O-trimethylluteolin(3),ethyl caffeate(4),3,7-O-dimethylquercetin(5),homoeriodictyol(6),3′,4′O-dimethylquercetin(7),quercetin(8),chrysoeriol(9),luteolin(10),vanillic acid(11),and daucosterol(12).Conclusion All the above compounds are first obtained from the title plant,and compounds 1,3,and 4 are reported to be obtained from the plants in Blumea DC.for the first time.
