| 英文摘要 | Objective To study the chemical constituents in EtOAc extract of the aerial part of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza. Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography over silica gel, sephadex LH-20, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as cytochalasin D(1), zygosporin D(2), petasol(3), sporogen AO-1(4),6-dehydropetasol(5), and 3alpha-hydroxy-11-peroxyl-eremophila-6,9-dien-8-one(6). Conclusion Compounds 1~6 were isolated from this plant for the first time |
