英文摘要Column chromatographic technique was used for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents of the n-butanol portion from 95% ethanol extract of the root and radix of Celastrus orbiculatus. Eight compounds were isolated and identified by means of MS and NMR spectroscopy as 3-furanmethanol beta-D-glucopyranoside(1), emodin-6-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside(2),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside(3), glucosyringic acid(4),(1S,2S,4R)-trans-1,8-cineole-2-O-(6-O-alpha-L-Rha)-beta-D-glucopyranoside(5), pumilaside A(6),1-(alpha-L-rham(16)-beta-D-glu)-3,4-dimethoxybenzenephenol(7),1-(alpha-L-rham(16)-beta-D-glu)-3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol(8). Among them, compounds 1,2,4,5,6,7 and 8 were first isolated from this plant, and compound 2 was a constituent of anthraquinone first discovered from the Celastrus genus
