英文摘要The chemical constituents of the green alga Caulerpa taxifolia(Vahl) C. Agardh, collected from Nanji Island, Zhejiang Province, China, were investigated. The acetone extract was subjected to separation by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, followed by purification with C18 HPLC to afford four diterpenoids. Their structures were elucidated asalpha-tocospiros A (1)、cacospongionolide C (2)、phytene-3(20)-1,2-diol (3) and phytenal (4), respectively, on the basis of their spectroscopic data including 1D and 2D NMR, and MS. In this report, compound 1 was isolated from marine organisms for the first time, compounds 2and 3 were firstly found from marine algae, and compound4was the first time to obtained from green algae of the genus Caulerpa. Compounds1~ 4were evaluated for their inhibitory activities against PTP1B, and they were found to be inactive
