| 英文摘要 | Objective To investigate chemical components of Sinularia sp.. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. Their structures were determined on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Eight compounds were isolated and elucidated as 24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)-diene-3beta,7beta,19-triol(1),24-methylcholesta-5,24 (28)-diene-3beta,7beta,19-triol-7beta-monoacetate(2), litosterol(3),24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)-diene-3beta, 7beta,19-triol-3beta,7beta,19-triacetate(4),24-methylcholesta-24(28)-ene-3beta3,5alpha,6beta,19-tetrol(5), hyrtios-terol (4alpha-methyl-2beta,3beta,8beta,11beta-tetrol-5alpha-rergost-22(23),24(28)-diene)(6),5,6-epoxylitosterol(7), armatinol A(8) respectively.
