英文摘要Aim To study the chemical constituents of the root of Actinidia deliciosa. Methods The compounds were isolated by means of column chromatography,their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated from EtOAc fraction of the root of A. chinensis,and their structures were identified to be aloe-emodin(1),11-0-acetyl-aloe-emodin(2),aloe-emodin 11-0-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside(3),quercetin(4),quercetin 3 '-0-beta-D-glucopyrano-side(5),(-)-epicatechin(6)and(+)-catechin(7). Conclusion Compounds 1-3 and 5 from the genus,and 1-7 from the plant were reported for the first time.
