| 英文摘要 | AIM:To investigate the constituents from Fruetus anisi stellati(Illicium verum Hook.f.)systematically. METHODS:Fruetus anisi stellati was extracted with ethanol under the room temperature for 3 times, after filtration, the solubles were evaporated in vacuo to yield an ethanol extract which was then suspended in distilled water and extracted successively with petroleum ether, chloroform and n-butanol. The constituents of CH3Cl and nbutanol-soluble portions were isolated and purified by silica gel and sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 1alpha-hydroxy-3-deoxypseudoanisatin, threo-anethole glycol, isoquercitrin, quercetin 3′-O-methyl-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-D-xylopyranoside, tamarixetin 3-O-neohesperidoside, 4-methoxy rutin, isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside and shikimic acid. CONCLUSION:All compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time except shikimic acid |
