英文摘要ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for the content determination of 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural in Shenmai Injection. Methods HPLC conditions was Alltima C_(18) (4.6 mm* 150 mm, 5 mum), the mobile phase was MeOH-H2O (8:92); the UV detection wavelength was 284nm, the flow rate was 1 ml·min~(-1) , and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range was 0.030 690 3~0.613 805 4 mug (R~2=0.999 992), average recovery was 103.19%, and RSD was 0.7%. ConclusionThis HPLC method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable for the content determination of 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural in Shenmai Injection.
