| 英文摘要 | Aim To isolate and identify the constituents of ethanol extract from Tripterygium wilfordii.Methods The compounds were isolated by the silica gel columns,preparative TLC and Sephadex LH-20,and their structures were identified by the physico-chemical properties and the spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were isoated from the ethanol extract of Tripterygium wilfordii and identified as wilforgine(1),euonine(2),euonymine(3),peritassine A(4),wilfordinine E(5),aquifoliunine E-Ⅲ6),2-Odeacetyl-euonine(7).Conclusion Compounds 6,7 were obtained from the Tripterygium genus for the first time. |
