英文摘要Column chromatography, HPLC and prepared HPLC were used together to separate and purify the ethyl acetate extract of Dajielee black tea, and the mixture of two flavonol glycosides was obtained. The molecule NMR methods weights and structure of these two flavonol glycosides were identified by using the HPLC/MS and NMR methods.
